“I became a resident of Discovery Village at the West End in April, 2017.  I moved into a spacious apartment with a balcony on the third floor. I immediately felt welcome. Residents and employees are very friendly and caring. We are a close-knit group. We help each other. There are a variety of activities scheduled monthly including worship times, a movie theater, library, many games and hobby times, trips off campus, cooking demonstrations, book and poetry clubs, a lovely Dining Room, an Exercise Room, and a large meeting room with a bar, excellent for parties, socials, meetings, and performances. We also have transportation available to take us to appointments and shopping. We have maintenance men ready to repair, etc."
